本周，我们继续学习与交通工具有关的知识，小朋友们不仅通过图片了解了交通安全常识和常见的交通标志，还通过一场“小小辩论赛”讨论了新加坡不同交通工具的优缺点。在辩论赛中，小朋友们分成两组，有人觉得汽车方便，并列举了汽车的优点，如汽车很方便，可以从家里出发，去很多地方；有人觉得飞机方便，因为可以飞去很远的地方。最后，小朋友们还设计了特别的交通工具，如可以在大海里飞的飞机，水果车，有雨伞的脚踏车等，创意无限！
This week, we continued learning about transportation. Through pictures, the children learnt about road safety and road signs. We also had a mini debate on the advantages and disadvantages of different transportation in Singapore. During the debate, the children were split into two groups. Some children felt that cars are good because they can start their journey from home and it takes them to many places. Some children felt that aeroplanes are good because it can take us to places that are far away. Lastly, the children designed a special type of vehicle, for example, an aeroplane that can fly in the ocean, a fruit car, a bicycle that has an umbrella attached to it, etc. Their creativity was limitless!
