This week's topic was weather. We discussed the weather in Singapore as well as in other countries.
We then watched video clips on rainy, sunny, cloudy and foggy days.
We put on some props such as umbrellas, raincoats, sunglasses, jackets/sweaters and boots.
We dramatized what it would be like when the weather is cold, hot or warm.
We also learnt about weather measuring tools such as the weather thermometer (Measuring Humidity), a Rain Gauge and an Anemometer (measuring Wind).
We then talked about how rain is formed (The Water Cycle). In conclusion, we did an experiment on water evaporation and condensation.
We were amazed with the experiment as we could see how warm air rises and cold air sinks.
