Yesterday's Deepavali celebration in school was amazing! We started off with a "Fashion Show". The children modelled the beautiful costumes they wore by walking down the "runway" in our classroom. After the "Fashion Show", the children learnt various Indian dances in class and tried them out. For craft, they painted the tea lights (they made it using clay the day before) with glitter paint and made Rangoli art. Weren’t they busy bees? I hope they enjoyed the celebration and have lots of stories to tell when they got home yesterday. Have a great weekend!
