A good turnout of about 5,000 Tampines residents and Hub visitors attended the Xinyao Concert in celebration of Grandparents’ Day to encourage family bonding time with seniors at the Town Square.

This was the first community event ever held at our heartlands of such scale at Our Tampines Hub and what a great spectacle to witness the joy on everyone’s face at the seating gallery, especially the seniors who enjoyed themselves thoroughly in the company of family members and friends alike, listening to the best of 26 nostalgic mandarin ballads of the 1970s and 1980s performed by popular Xinyao artistes.
